SCI Construction is Built to Serve
Larry Parker formed SCI Construction in 1983 with a focus on serving others and being good stewards of the gifts he was given. Today, SCI Construction is a growing organization that with a wide range of experience, strength, and resources to design, develop, and build projects for clients across the country.
From the development and financing of that first skilled nursing facility project, Larry learned about state licensing and code requirements for new facilities. He was introduced to the detailed design and construction of commercial kitchens, facility-wide on-call communications, and handicap accessibility. Since then, Larry and his team have become a leader in the development and construction of senior housing and long-term healthcare facilities throughout Texas and across the nation.
SCI has expanded into other areas of commercial, institutional, and governmental construction projects over the years. Larry’s son Brandon joined the company in 2002 when they built their first restaurant together. Since then, they’ve designed and constructed numerous projects including churches, office buildings, schools, and many other types of projects. The addition of each new team member has brought expanded capabilities and a unique perspective to the company. SCI would not be experiencing today’s success without the diverse expertise of each of our team members.

Additionally, because of client demand, we have grown geographically to manage projects hundreds of miles away, yet deliver those projects with the same quality and attention to detail as the ones we deliver just down the street.
